We provide evidence-based therapy to help you overcome life's challenges and improve your mental health. Our services include individual and group therapy for children (6+), teens, and adults. Therapy is tailored to meet your individual goals and we take a collaborative approach to empower you on your wellness journey.

Animals | Nature | Connection

We offer a range of animal-assisted and eco-based therapy sessions in Park Ridge and Guanaba, Queensland focusing on areas such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and interpersonal issues. We are committed to diversifying the way in which therapy is offered and accessed through experiential learning and growth. 

Women | Corporate | Leadership

We offer a range of retreats specifically designed to meet your needs. Women's embodied empowerment to corporate and team building retreats. Retreats vary in length from 1-2 days and are delivered in person on the Gold Coast.

Connect | Transform | Heal

We offer a range of group therapy services and workshops such as social skills development for neurodivergent children, peer connection for adolescents, or parent emotion coaching services. Please enquire to learn of any upcoming group workshops.

We offer a range of psychological assessment and report services for our clients. Please enquire as this is on a case by case basis. If we are unable to help then we will provide recommendations to practitioners for any service you require.
