An avid learner of the brain from a young age, I have embarked on a lifelong journey to better understand myself and others in all of our human complexity and brilliance.
I value serving others by holding space and nurturing clients to find their own unique gifts. Once I discovered that I could combine my love of animals and nature with mental health then there was no going back for me.
I know through my own lived experience of trauma how vulnerable it can be to reach out for support. I value cultivating a therapeutic relationship that is harmonious for us both, because it is through connection that healing can occur.
